Method to Prepare the Whiskey Grilled Baby Back Ribs

First, you will have to pre-heat the oven at 300 degree F (150 degrees C) and keep aside. Then, you need to cut the pork ribs into halves to make four equal halves of the ribs. Then, take a bowl and season this meat with salt and pepper. Mix it properly. Add more of pepper than salt to this meat. Wrap the pieces into foil paper separately for baking. Finally, bake it for about 2 and a half hours. Remove it and keep aside.

Take another medium saucepan and heat vegetable oil in it over medium flame. Add onions to it and saut? it for about 5 minutes. Pour in water and tomato paste and stir well. Slowly add brown sugar, vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce to this gravy.

Then add all the seasoning ingredients to this gravy. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of salt, liquid smoke, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, whiskey, paprika, garlic powder, dark molasses, onion powder, and 1/2 tablespoon ground chilly pepper. Let the gravy heat for a while. And when the mixture comes to a boil, lower the flame and let it simmer for about 1 ? hours and allow the sauce get thickened. You should be careful enough and keep the bowl uncovered. After the sauce is done, remove it from heat and keep it aside.

Next, you have to pre-heat the grill. Take the baked ribs and remove the foil paper. Grill these pieces for about 3-4 minutes. While grilling it, brush the sauce once on it. Even when you serve the whiskey ribs, once again brush the sauce on it.
